Boxing Specific Class
Gloveworkx boxing specific class is for those who wish to learn the fistic art of self defense and take it to another level by eventually sparring and possibly compete in an official boxing bout.
- Defence: the art of boxing is to hit without being hit - defence is ultimately more important than you realize as good defence can set up a better offensive attack on your opponent, nobody likes being hit!
- Offence: Learn how to position yourself with good footwork and balance, and make the most of your punches whether it be a jab, or 5 punch combination.
- Styles and tactics: the old adage "styles make fights" is so true. Learn how a less skilled boxer can overcome and beat a more polished competitor, through style and tactics.
- Conditioning: Conditioning is the most important thing a boxer needs! You could be the most gifted boxer in the world but if your not in condition your gonna lose and lose badly. Imagine being out of breath and gassed unable to even lift up your arms let alone move a muscle and have a barrage of punches being delivered by a supremely fit opponent! No thanks!
Business and Corporate Boxing
Get your team at work punching “above their weight” with our Business and Corporate Team boxing training. Group boxing training is a great team building and motivational tool to help keep your work team on top of their game, whilst having fun at the same time!
Many studies have shown that team work and motivation in the work place can be boosted dramatically by such “bonding” type training and exercise as boxing training. Your staff will get to know each other a lot better whilst throwing punches at each other’s boxing pads in training. Sorry but we can’t let you beat the boss up!
Available for groups of 10 people or more, we will train your work team and provide team T-Shirts, Singlets and Caps as motivation.

Personal Training
People choose to be trained personally for all types of reasons, the main reason being to get 100% full attention to their needs. With a maximum of four people per personal training class, you will get the attention you need to develop a better understanding of boxing fitness training.
At Gloveworkx a personal session with one of our specialized trainers caters for your specific needs whether it be weight lose, conditioning, advanced technical training to speed up your learning process or a one on one padding session designed to have you throwing combinations like a seasoned pro while burning some serious calories.

Prices
A one of membership payment of $60 is required to train at Gloveworkx although try a session out first to see if it's for you before paying, there are no binding contracts. So pay as you go from then on!
